Pilates

We currently offer Pilates classes on Thursdays 1.00pm-2.00pm. They are booked in 6 week blocks (1 session per week for 6 weeks). Please contact us for further information.

Yoga

We currently offer Yoga classes on Monday and Wednesdays 6.00pm-7.15pm. They are booked in 6-8 week blocks (1 session per week for 6-8 weeks). Please contact us for further information.
